		<description>Definitely agree..we spend so much of our time at work that it is essential we find a way to adapt and adjust to work -related pressures.  As a yoga teacher my students are always asking me for tips and suggestions they can use at work to manage their heavy workloads and reduce things like eye strain, sore necks and lower back pain. It makes a difference when they spend 2-3 minutes stretching or breathing through day.</description>
